Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt generously, and cook fettuccine according to the package.  Drain when finished.
  • Blot the shrimp dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper
  • In a large skillet, melt butter and garlic until garlic browns
  • Add cooked fettuccine and shrimp to the pan.  Whisk around the pan until hot.
  • Add the Heavy Cream.  Mix well until hot again.
  • Add Parmesan Cheese.
  • Add Salt & Pepper to taste.


Pasta will thicken as it sits.
