Ingredients Needed:
- 12 oz. Fettuccine
- Olive Oil, for tossing
- 1 lb. Cooked Shrimp, thawed, shelled and deveined, tails removed
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream or 1 pint
- 1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo
Directions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt generously, and cook fettuccine according to the package. Drain when finished.
- Blot the shrimp dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper
- In a large skillet, melt butter and garlic until garlic browns
- Add cooked fettuccine and shrimp to the pan. Whisk around the pan until hot.
- Add the Heavy Cream. Mix well until hot again.
- Add Parmesan Cheese.
- Add Salt & Pepper to taste.
Pasta will thicken as it sits.
